EMPower Box

The EMPower Box is the control center for your EMPower Suit. This small device employs low-frequency impulses to generate muscle contraction, which multiplies each muscle group’s work rate and output. It communicates wirelessly with the OHM Fitness app.

For your convenience, the EMPower Box is designed to fit in the pocket of the suit during your workout.

The EMPower Box is provided in a carrying case and a USB-C cable. This cable can be used with any AC Adapter to charge the EMPower Box however, a 5 Volt, 2 Amp Adapter is recommended for quicker charging.

Note – The EMPower Box is a BF Applied Part per IEC 60601. It is identified with the corresponding symbol.

Turning On Your EMPower Box

The EMPower Box has a single button to turn it on and off. When the LED status indicator displays a color, the EMPower Pack is on. If no color is displayed, the EMPower Pack is off.

To turn on the EMPower Box, press and hold the power button for one second. The LED status indicator will indicate that the EMPower Pack is on.

Turning Off Your EMPower Box

When you are finished with your workout, press and hold the power button for one second to turn the EMPower Box off. The EMPower Box will turn off the LED status indicator to indicate that it is off.

The EMPower Box communicates with you through the LED status indicator, letting you know its status. The following table lists the EMPower Pack states and the LED color and action associated with the state.

Charging your EMPower Box

The OHM Fitness App checks the battery before and after workouts and alerts you when charging is required. If the EMPower Box doesn't turn on, it may need charging. For optimal charging, use the original charging cable.

To charge your EMPower Box:
1. Ensure the EMPower Box is off by checking the LED status indicator.
2. Disconnect the EMPower Box from the suit.
3. Connect the charging cable to the micro-USB connector at the bottom.

The LED turns green while charging and solid green when fully charged.
