To ensure safe and effective use of your EMS suit, our system tracks both daily and monthly usage based on FDA guidelines and your subscription plan. This article breaks down how those limits work and what to expect when starting a workout.
Daily EMS Usage Limits (FDA Safety Guidelines)
You can use up to 50 minutes per day for at-home EMS workouts. These 50 minutes are divided into two categories:
- Up to 25 minutes for: Strength, Fat Burn, or Cardio (combined)
- Up to 25 minutes for: Recovery
Example: You could do 15 minutes of Cardio + 10 minutes of Strength, plus 25 minutes of Recovery in the same day.
Once you reach your daily cap, you’ll be able to work out again the following calendar day.
Monthly EMS Usage Limits (Plan-Based)
Your plan determines how many EMS minutes you get each month:
| Plan | Monthly Limit |
| Peak+ (Add-on) | Unlimited |
| Warm Up+ (Add-on) | 100 minutes |
| OATH Premium | 220 minutes |
| OATH Basic | 100 minutes |
Note: Peak+ (Add-on) offers “unlimited” monthly minutes, but you're still subject to the 50-minute daily cap. This means the actual usable monthly total is dynamic, calculated as: 50 minutes × number of days in the month.
Usage Resets
- Daily limits reset at midnight each day.
- Monthly limits reset at the start of each new billing cycle.
How Usage Is Displayed in the App
