The EMPower Box uses Bluetooth to communicate with the application. Before you can use the EMPower Box in your workout, you must pair it with a tablet or smartphone. To do this, ensure that your tablet or smartphone is close to the EMPower Box, with Bluetooth turned on. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the blue light is flashing rapidly. This indicates that the bonding mode is active.
