OHM EMPower Suit

To ensure the safety, reliability and satisfaction of the consumer experience, the OHM EMPower Suit is engineered to have a lifespan of 100 uses. It is programmed to cease operation beyond 100 uses.

A suit within its 100-use lifespan is fully warrantied against any manufacturing defect for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Defects caused by any of the following actions will not be covered by the warranty: Damage caused by failure to follow the use and care instructions as specified in the owner’s manual, damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration, modification or unintended use.

During the warranty period, covered defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Warranty claims must be submitted to: support@OHMFitness.com within 30 days of detection of a defect. OHM Fitness will not repair or replace any suit without first inspecting and acknowledging the defective component.

Any customer who requires a smaller suit within the one-year warranty period, upon request, and free of charge, will be allowed to exchange and size down up to two times. The exchanged suit will retain the original warranty coverage and remaining lifespan of the of the original purchased suit.
