OHM EMPower Box

A 3-year Limited Warranty from the purchase date. During the warranty period, covered defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Warranty claims must be submitted to: support@ohmfitness.com within 30 days of detection of a defect. OHM Fitness will not repair or replace any EMPOWER Energy Box without first inspecting and acknowledging the defective component.

Defects caused by any of the following actions will not be covered by the warranty: Damage caused by failure to follow the use and care instructions as specified in the owner’s manual, damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration, modification or unintended use, damage caused by power surges, the use of an improper charger or charging cable, water damage, or other such misuse.
