You can cancel your membership anytime through the app, by phone, or in person.

Canceling via the App

To cancel your membership via the app, follow the steps below:

1. Open the app and go to Account Settings
2. Select Billing Details
3. Tap your membership
4. Click Cancel Membership

Having trouble? Go to the Quick Actions menu and tap Report an Issue to contact support.

Canceling by Phone

Available only for members with an in-studio membership.
Please contact your home studio directly.

Canceling In Person

Available only for members with an in-studio membership.
Visit your home studio to cancel.
